Covered the macronutrients, enough for most dieting perspectives. For the most part the database for recommendations was extensive (possibly drawing from the USDA standard reference database, I believe?). Input was a HUGE pain because you had to enter/verify each item one at a time. MyFitnessPal - analysis differed from recipe statement by +63 calories per serving. I wished there was a manual entry capability for the really niche items that the calculator did not instantly recognize (whole wheat orzo is a little weird, for example and I wanted to just feed the nutrition label facts to the calculator, but I could not). Recommended adjustments were reasonably good. Easy to copy/paste recipe and adjusting items after submission was easy. VeryWellFit - analysis differed from recipe statement by +148 calories per serving. Full nutritional analysis given (but was it accurate?). I could not click on any item and adjust it. It was easy to copy/paste the recipe, but it was very difficult to edit once it was submitted: 1.) Their recommended adjustments were very strange and you could not make your own adjustments or additions to fix that, 2.) If I wanted to adjust anything other than the flagged items (like the auto change to mayo or the serving size), I had to start over again. It also did not recognize EVOO and instead changed it to mayonnaise(?). HappyForks - analysis differed from recipe statement by +311 calories per serving.
